An Afghan policeman shot dead six other policemen in an outpost in southern Afghanistan early Thursday, dpa quoted a local government spokesman as saying. The shooting in Sangin district of Helmand province was the latest in a series of shootings by Afghan security personnel of their local and foreign colleagues. Omar Zwak, a spokesman for the governor of Helmand, said two national and four local policemen were killed by the gunman.
