German Foreign Minister, Guido Westerwelle starts on Saturday a three-day tour that will take him to Libya, Tunisia and Algeria, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. Westerwelle is scheduled to urge officials in the three countries to conduct permanent reforms, said the statement. He will also discuss means of promoting dialogues with representatives of civil society in these countries, in addition to promoting research bilateral economic cooperation.
