Bangkok - Arab Today
began voting on Sunday morning in the first nationwide gauge of public sentiment since the military staged a coup in 2014.
The election commission said the voting process will last for 8 hours as all polling stations will be closed for voting at 4 p.m. (0900 GMT).
The unofficial results will be known before 9 p.m.
If the draft charter passes this referendum, general elections will be held next year.
