Spokesman for Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Levent Gumrukcu contradicted the news circulating that Turkish diplomats were not allowed to enter the Arab League meeting held in Cairo. Gumrukcu responded the question posed by Anadolu Agency correspondent concerning the news taking place on a news agency\'s website claiming that the Turkish diplomats were not allowed to enter the Arab League Meeting held at Cairo the day before. Stating that the news concerning the issue is not true Gumrukcu underlined that the meeting was already closed to all countries except for the member states; it was an extraordinary and closed meeting. Turkey or any other non-member state\'s diplomats could not observe or attend the meeting. There was neither a request for attendance not a rejection because they were already informed about the meeting.
