Tunisia constituent assembly speaker Mustafa ben Jaafar said Saturday the parliament would \"positively\" interact with the national dialogue that began yesterday, emphasizing that terrorism \"has failed to divide the Tunisians and the political leaders. \"The constituent assembly will interact positively with the national dialogue and will speed up the formation of the election authority in a week time, and endorse the constitution in a period not exceeding four weeks in line with the approved roadmap,\" ben Jaafar told a news conference. The constituent assembly, he added, was keen to build a \"democratic state and a state of law. \"We can reach consensus and overcome differences between the political leaders,\" he added and said concessions were necessary to ensure success of the national dialogue, which should create confidence among participants. If dialogue takes place smoothly, he said, the roadmap could be achieved within a month
