South Korea, China and Japan should hold closer dialogue in an effort to boost cooperation and reduce conflict in the region, the incoming chief of a trilateral body said Wednesday. \"I hope the three countries\' governments will have closer talks ... and it is important that they hold discussions whenever they have opportunities,\" Shigeo Iwatani, the new secretary general of the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) based in Seoul, said in an interview with Yonhap News Agency
