South Korean Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan held talks Friday with his Chinese counterpart on a wide range of bilateral and regional issues, including a nuclear deal between Washington and Pyongyang and the sensitive issue of North Korean refugees in China, officials said. Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jeichi, who arrived in Seoul Thursday, started a round of discussions with Kim and was scheduled to pay a courtesy call on President Lee Myung-bak later in the day. It is Yang\'s third visit to South Korea since 2010.
