Speaker of Singapore Parliament HE Michael Palmer on Friday met here with Qatar\'\'s Ambassador and Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps to the Republic of Singapore, HE Rashid bin Ali Al Khater. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral ties between the two countries and means of promoting them in various fields, especially in parliamentary domain.
