South Korea is urging the international community to make a united effort against North Korea\'s nuclear program, as it has against the use of chemical weapons in Syria, AP reported. Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se on Friday told the U.N. General Assembly that North Korea launched long-range missiles and conducted a nuclear test this year in \"blatant violation\" of Security Council resolutions. Yun says nations should work together \"to prevent the advent of another nuclear-armed state.\" He also criticizes the North\'s \"inhumane\" decision to postpone planned reunions of families separated by the 1950-53 Korean War that were due to happen this week.
