Visiting Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi held several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the Arab-African Summit, which kicked off here earlier on Wednesday.

President Sisi had talks with the Emir of Kuwait, the president of Equatorial Guinea and the president of Guinea along with the vice president of Burundi, said Egyptian presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef.
