Sergei Sobyanin wins Moscow mayoral election with 51.37% or 1,193,178  votes - final data from the Moscow election commission following processing of 100%of the ballots. The final turnout at the Moscow mayoral elections made 32.07%. Earlier, the Moscow City Election Committee reported that acting mayor of Moscow, self-nominee Sergei Sobyanin was winning the elections of Russia\'s capital’s mayor on the results of processing of 98.03% of the election protocols. Opposition leader Alexei Navalny, nominated by the Republican Party of Russia - People’s Freedom Party (RPR-Parnas) is second with 27.24% or 623,697 votes. They are followed by first deputy head of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (CPRF) Ivan Melnikov (10.69% or 248,294 votes), chairman of the Yabloko party Sergei Mitrokhin (3.51% or 81,493 votes), representative of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) Mikhail Degtyarev (2.86% or 66,532 votes) and chairman of A Just Russia Nikolai Levichev (2.79% or 64,788 votes).
