Senegal\'s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad Mankeur Ndiaye, has received a copy of letters of credence of HE Serayei Bin Ali Al-Qahtani, as Qatar\'s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Senegal. Ndiaye wished the qatari ambassador success in his post and further progress and growth to relations between Qatar and Senegal.
