The Saudi Shura Council denounced on Tuesday the Iranian regime attempts to politicize the annual Hajj (pilgrimage) in Makkah.

The council secretary Mohamed bin Abdallah Al Amr said using the hajj as political motives or as part if international relations is unacceptable.

He said the kingdom harnesses all capabilities for serving the pilgrims of all countries without any discrimination.
