Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov met here today Jordanian Foreign Minister and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh who is currently visiting Moscow. During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations, the support of Palestinian-Israeli negotiations in addition to situation in Egypt and the efforts being exerted to maintain the security and stability of Egypt as well as to prevent a further aggravation of the situation. The two sides also discussed the latest developments of the Syrian crisis and its humanitarian repercussions on Jordan and the importance of helping Jordan continue this important humanitarian role.
