H. H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, today paid his respects, at the family residence in southern Al Dhait, to Sultan bin Yaqoub Al Za\'abi and his brothers: Hamad, Abdullah and Yusuf, on the death of their mother. Sheikh Saud extended his profound sorrow and solace to the bereaved family. He was accompanied by Sheikh Ahmed bin Salem Al Qasimi.
