Qatari Amir Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has received a written message from President Jose Mujica of Uruguay pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of joint interest.Shaikh Hamad was handed over the letter by the Secretary-General of the Uruguayan Presidency Dr. Diego Canepa when he received him here today.
