Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received on Monday a letter from His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah tackling an invitation to attend the 3rd Afro-Arab summit due in Kuwait next November. The letter was delivered by Kuwait\'s Ambassador here Ali Al-Haifi.
