Sheikh Hamad bin Jabr Al Thani, Qatar\'s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, discussed with India\'s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh ways to boost cooperation between the two countries. During a telephone conversation friday they reviewed relations between the two countries and discussed a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern to the two countries.
