Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law on the reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Kremlin press service reported on Friday. The law was passed by the Russian State Duma lower parliament house on September 18, 2013 and approved by the Federation Council upper house on September 25, 2013.
