President Park Geun-hye said Wednesday the government will place top welfare policy priority on providing tailored services for the underprivileged, asking private donors to chip in efforts to help those outside the government\'s reach. \"We are going to focus our capabilities on providing tailored welfare services for worse-off, neglected neighbors,\" Park said during a luncheon with exemplary donors. \"But government efforts alone would not be enough to resolve all these problems. We certainly need your service and sharing for those out of the government\'s reach.\" Participants included Lee Hee-ah, known as a \"four-finger pianist,\" who was born with only two fingers on each hand due to congenital malformation but overcame the challenges and became a pianist. She has performed in benefit concerts for the underprivileged.
