President Park Geun-hye phoned her prime minister from Indonesia and ordered the government to take precautions to minimize damage from a powerful typhoon expected to affect South Korea beginning Tuesday, her spokeswoman said. Park made the call on Monday from Indonesia\'s resort island of Bali, where she was attending an annual summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum, presidential spokeswoman Kim Haing said in a statement.
