Paraguay\'s Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga on Friday received a copy of the credentials of HE Abdullah bin Mohamed Al Derbasti as Qatar\'s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Paraguay. On this occasion, Loizaga wished success for HE the ambassador in his duty and more development and growth for relations between Qatar and Paraguay.
