A Panamanian cargo ship carrying 19 people sunk in South Korea\'s Pohang harbor amid a storm at 21:30 local time on Tuesday, according to the Chinese Consulate General in Busan. An official from the Chinese Consulate General confirmed that there are 19 people aboard the ship and 18 of them are Chinese citizens. The captain has died in the accident and his nationality is unknown now.
