The Orthodox Church in London on Friday held mass for Sherif Adel Habib, an Egyptian national who had been killed in the British capital. 

Bishop Angaelos, the General Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church in the United Kingdom, led the mass prayers.

The funeral was attended by Egypt's Ambassador in London Nasser Kamel and a number of top officials of the Egyptian diplomatic mission here.

A number of Egyptians living in London were also present.

The body of Habib, 21, was found fatally burned in a housing building in Southall. He was announced dead in a hospital in Sussex.
