The opposition Labor Party in Saint Lucia has won Monday\'s election by winning 11 out of 17 parliament seats, preliminary results showed Tuesday.The results indicate that Labor leader Kenny Anthony, who was prime minister from 1997 to 2006, will return to the post.The final official results will be announced later.Saint Lucia, a small island in the Caribbean, was a British colony and now is an independent state.About 152,000 citizens were called to vote. Five parties were competing in the elections.
