Militants, suspected to belong to Boko Haram group, attacked Saturday a city in the North-East of Nigeria and killed 11 people. The militants shot at police officers and civilians alike. Police said in a statement issued here today that the shooting took place in Borno state. The Nigerian authorities enforced a state of emergency in a bid to crackdown the group.
