Morocco on Wednesday asked fishing boats operating under an EU fishing agreement to leave its waters in response to European lawmakers blocking a fishing deal. "All vessels operating under this fisheries agreement are asked to leave national territorial waters on Wednesday before midnight," the Moroccan foreign ministry said in a statement.
