Moroccan Foreign Minister Saad Eddine Othmani on Thursday received a message from HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah connected with bilateral ties between the two brotherly countries and means of developing them. HE Qatar\'s Ambassador to Morocco Abdullah Falah Abdullah Al Dossari delivered the message as he met today with Mohammad Reda El Fassi, head of protocol at Morocco\'s foreign ministry.
