Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said a state of national mourning is to be announced on Saturday over the Tripoli bomb attacks that left 42 people dead and hundreds wounded. Mikati said all the governmental institutions will stop working on Saturday for one hour to start from 11 am to 12 pm (local time) to mourn the victims of the attacks. Meanwhile, Lebanon\'s grand Mufti Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani has called on all Lebanese to face violence, depicting the attacks as an attempt aimed at fomenting a sedition between Sunnis and Shias.
