Lebanese president rejects \'rocket messages\' Lebanese President Michel Suleiman said here on Friday that recurrent \"rocket messages\" delivered by anybody would not change national principles or convictions. Suleiman said in a release issued by his media office that such a position stems from genuine belief in the nation\'s interest to keep the country away from regional repercussions and to guarantee stability and unity among the Lebanese people. He called on the Lebanese to be very vigilant against what was being done by those who do not want to see a stable Lebanon, instructing security agencies to step up efforts to find the secret layers of such attempts. Two 107 mm rockets were fired on Thursday in the Baabda area, where the presidential palace is located, and investigations are ongoing to determine the perpetrators
