Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has described as “hysterical” comments in the West on the outcome of the vote on Syria at the United Nations’ Security Council. The minister also said the co-authors of the draft resolution, vetoed by Russia and China, had put been too hasty in putting it to the vote.
