Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah today received a letter from Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf dealing with bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest.Liberian Ambassador to Kuwait Kona Blaket conveyed the letter to Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khalid Suleiman Al-Jara\'alla.
