Two people were killed and 23 others wounded including ten army officials in an attack targeting a military vehicle in Karachi, the capital of Pakistan\'s southern Sindh province, police said. The explosion occurred outside the Rangers Headquarters in Korangi Thursday evening, Express News reported. Army and Rangers officials were returning to the area after by-elections in the NA-254 constituency had ended when a planted explosive device went off. Army and Rangers personnel were among those injured. Security forces surrounded the area immediately after the blast and the injured were shifted to the hospitals located near the area. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
