A Palestinian man was shot dead by the Israeli soldiers on Thursday night near Al Ram or Al-Ramm town Northwest of Ramallah. Such a Palestinian town lies northeast of Jerusalem, just outside the city\'s municipal border. The village is part of the built-up urban area of Jerusalem. The Israeli forces alleged that the Palestinian rammed a tractor through a fence at a military base nearby the twonship in the West Bank, adding that the israeli soldiers shot him dead on the spot. Following the incident, clashes erupted between the palestinian citizens adn the israeli occupation forces in Al Ram town and that the israeli forces fired metal, rubber and gas bullets at the palestinians , reported palestinian Ma\'an news aegncy .
