An Israeli plane carrying prefabricated homes which will provide shelter for victims of Turkey's earthquake landed in the capital of Ankara Thursday, Anatolia news agency reported. The arrival of the plane, which was carrying five houses, comes after the Turkish government reversed an earlier decision not to accept aid from abroad in the wake of Sunday's quake which killed more than 500 people.
