Israel's government said on Monday it has finalised arrangements to exchange Egyptians held in its jails for alleged Israeli spy Ilan Grapel. "Egypt has agreed to release Ilan Grapel and at Egypt's request Israel has agreed to free 25 Egyptian prisoners," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said in a statement.
