Iran Vice-President and chairman of the atomic energy organization, Ali Akbar Salehi said the new government in Tehran was determined to expand cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog to close the Iranian nuclear file. Salehi, in a statement to reporters on sidelines of the annual conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said the Iranian government\'s policy was based on building mutual confidence and constructive cooperation, thus create suitable environment for talks with the P5+1 group. He said he was carrying a message from President Hassan Rohani to the IAEA conference which affirmed Tehran\'s desire to expand cooperation with the agency in order to close the nuclear file. Salehi, a former foreign minister Mahmoud Ahmadinejad\'s administration, hoped the Iranian desire be handled positively from the other party. On the next round of negotiations with the P5+1 group, Salehi said \"We are optimistic ... and looking forward that the group have good intentions and determination to solve this problem.\"
