Iran\'s Border Guard Commander Brigadier General Hossein Zolfaqari arrived in Baku on Monday to hold talks with Azeri officials on security issues. During his two-day stay, Zolfaqari is to negotiate with senior Azeri officials on ways to fight drug-smuggling and human-trafficking activities in joint border regions, according to Iran\'s (IRNA) News Agency. The Iranian commander believes that the two countries joint borders are the symbols of friendship and brotherhood. Due to their cordial ties, the two sides enjoy security and tranquility in their border regions, he said.
