Deputy PM and Minister of interior Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, issued Thursday a ministerial order organizing the identification of main and sub-committees for the upcoming Municipal Council elections on September 28. The door for candidates\'registrations was opened last August 28 and will be open until Friday September 6. September 20 will be the last day to withdraw from the elections.
