National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim sent cables Monday to the Speakers of the Japanese National Diet\'s Houses of Councillors and Representatives, Masaaki Yamazaki and Bunmei Ibuki respectively. In the cables, Speaker Al-Ghanim congratulated Japan on its nomination to host the 2020 Summer Olympics.
