His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of condolences to Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto after a powerful earthquake claimed scores of lives and caused and extensive damage.
HM the King expressed his deep sympathies with the president and his confidence in the ability of the Mexican people to overcome the tragic catastrophe.
HM the King wished Mexico further progress and prosperity.
