Gaza prime minister Ismail Haniyeh on Wednesday warned a newly formed movement in the coastal enclave against calling for protests against Hamas\' rule later in the year. On Monday, a newly announced Palestinian youth movement urged protests against rivalries, exclusion, single-handedness, injustice, oppression and the violation of the inalienable rights of the people of Gaza. A statement by the group said Nov. 11, 2013, would be the day when \"tyrannies and oppression practiced by the Muslim Brotherhood in Gaza\" will come to an end. \"They have practiced fraud in the name of religion and resistance declaring themselves as believers while they labeled us as disbelievers,\" they said. Speaking at a ceremony in Gaza City, Haniyeh said Palestinians should not talk about rebellion against other Palestinians. \"We hear some calling for rebellion and action and so on. I am with rebellion but against the enemy occupation as we are all rebellious people against the occupier, against disgrace, ignominy and siege.\" The Gaza PM urged all factions and groups to take part in the management of Gaza until reconciliation is achieved and a unity government is formed. \"Four hundred and fifty people died during inter-Palestinian fighting in 2007, of who 260 were Fatah supporters and 180 Hamas affiliates as well as other people who were not associated with any factions. We don\'t want to go back to this tough era, neither do we wish to resume bloody confrontations. We want dialogue, and thus I urge leaders who support well-known youth movements to show some wisdom and avoid dangerous paths.\" Haniyeh stressed that no faction, government of organization could monopolize Palestine, as it belongs to all Palestinians. \"We are in a stage of national liberation, and we don\'t have an independent state or stable systems. National liberation stages have their own rules and a major rule is that we shouldn’t exclude anybody as we must benefit by everybody’s efforts.\"
