President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi on Wednesday ordered Ministers of Defense and Interior to tighten security and raise readiness in order to crack down on terrorist threats and sabotage acts. As chairing an extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet to review vital national issues and the government\'s performance, Hadi instructed the Ministers to submit reports every three weeks showing points of weakness in any district or province and the necessary actions to be taken to achieve security and stability. \"The security situation in the country is facing many challenges that require encountering them strictly and stopping their repercussions through integrative and collective action of the executive and security authorities alongside in cooperation with the community.\" The President underlined the need to work earnestly and take advantage of the loans and grants offered to Yemen to achieve the people\'s desired aspirations rapidly. He stressed that the transition process is moving forward despite the difficulties and challenges, pointing to the great actions made so far by the National Dialogue Conference (NDC). He said that the people of Yemen counts on the national dialogue to forge a new future of Yemen based on good governance, equal citizenship and partnership in power and wealth in accordance with the Gulf initiative. Experiences proved that the centralization is no longer acceptable in the 21st century and was one of the causes of the revolutions of the Arab Spring, Hadi said, urging the ministries and government institutions to work with an integrated system to improve performance. He ordered the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance to accelerate measures to complete the fingerprint system to avoid duplicate employment. Concerning the results of the President\'s visits to the archipelago of Socotra and Aden province, the Cabinet approved a draft republican decree announce Socotra archipelago as a province, to be the province No. 22. It also formed a committee of the concerned ministries to identify the needs of services and development projects in the province of Socotra archipelago.
