President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi on Wednesday sent a congratulatory cable to the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon on the occasion of the celebration of United Nations Day. He also sent a congratulatory cable to Zambian President Michael Chilufya Sata on the occasion of his country\'s National Day.
