The Gulf Cooperation Council\'s (GCC) Consultative Authority Committee held its 3rd meeting on Monday, discussing the mechanism of combating corruption, obstacles of development in GCC states, and its relation with the system of values. During the meeting, the committee reviewed approval of minute of its second meeting, and discussed a number of studies that were conducted by members and advisers in that regard. The conferees also prepared a draft proposal on the consultative authority\'s perspectives which will be submitted to the authority\'s 3rd meeting prior to its referral to the Supreme Council of the GCC leaders in their summit to be held in Kuwait.
