France has decided to keep its embassy in Yemen\'s capital Sanaa closed until at least Sunday over fears of an al-Qaida terrorist attack, officials said. The French Embassy in Sanaa initially was to reopen Wednesday, but will remain closed following similar decisions by other Western countries, Radio France Internationale reported. French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius examined the situation and decided the embassy would be closed \"until at least Sunday,\" a spokesman for the minister said. France has reiterated its \"advice for heightened vigilance and the maximum restriction of movement\" for French expatriates in Yemen. Meanwhile, the United States is keeping 19 of its embassies in the Middle East and North Africa closed until Saturday.
