Foreign Minister, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmed Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa attended the reception ceremony held by the Singaporean counterpart K. Shanmugam yesterday night During the ceremony, both ministers exchanged aspects of cooperation and coordination between the two friendly countries. The Singaporean Ambassador expressed the pride of his country of the relations bonding it with Kingdom of Bahrain. He stressed the importance of exchanging official visits between the two countries, aiming at contributing greater horizons of joint cooperation and coordination at all levels. Bahrain’s Foreign Minister lauded the Singaporean experience in the area of training and developing the human cadres, highlighting the cooperation conventions bonding the two countries in several areas. He pointed out that Bahrain looks for participating Singapore in the third ministerial joint meeting for GCC states and Asian Group, and the meeting of Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD), which will be held during next November in Kingdom of Bahrain. The Bahraini Foreign Minister also discussed issues of common interests and issues on the agenda of the General Assembly of United Nations.
