Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel tackled Thursday with the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Tom Fletcher, the general regional situation and the Lebanese affairs topped by the recent security events. The pair discussed the details of the current security situation as well as the risks of the Syrian crisis and the regional ones. Fletcher considered any attack, in any corner of Lebanon, as an assault against the whole country. He expressed Britain\'s constant support to the efforts of the Lebanese state for the maintenance of security and order. He also commended the Lebanese Army and the security forces\' endeavors to establish stability in the country.
