State Minister for Cabinet Affairs and Health Minister Sheikh Mohammed Al-Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah announced here on Monday that a decree was issued today appointing Faisal Abdulrahman Al-Sarawi as an adviser at the Diwan of His Highness the Prime Minister. Al-Sarawi previously held the post of President of the Fatwa and Legislation Department. Sheikh Mohammed Al-Abdullah told KUNA that a decision was also issued today entrusting deputy President of the Fatwa and Legislation Department Salah Al-Masaad to carry out work of head of Fatwa and Legislation Department, and delegated him with some powers.
