According to an EP press release, the parliament is expected to call for a \"negotiated political solution for Syria irrespective of any possible military action following the use of chemical weapons.\" Parliament will discuss the current deadlock in Egypt, \"following the government crackdown on the Muslim Brotherhood and the charges levelled against former President Mohamed Morsi and other Brotherhood leaders,\" it noted. The House will pass resolutions on Egypt and Syria on Thursday.
